Frequently Asked Questions

Short answer is yes, we accept local in-store trades. We take guitars, basses, amplifiers, orchestra/band, pedals, snares, cymbals, drum sets, and various other products (call ahead if not listed). That said, we are very selective of what we buy or take in trade. We mostly deal with higher end instruments so we prefer our used selection to follow suit. We are more flexible with trades, and will generally allow a little more in trade value than in a cash purchase. 

Any instrument that is purchased from us online or in-store is first carefully inspected. No instrument leaves our store without a proper set-up and cleaning. After many years of selling online we have effectively mastered the packing process. A lot of time is dedicated to making sure that every instrument is appropriately secured for its travel. We do our best to assure that there will be no unpleasant surprises when the instrument arrives at your address.
