Lakland USA 55-94 Standard HoneyBurst Quilt Top Birdseye Neck
Lakland 5-string basses feature a B-string that is tight, well defined and feels like a natural extension of the instrument - accomplished by combining a 35" scale with the solid anchoring of the string through the body design. The necks on Laklands 55 series basses are slightly narrower than other 5-strings, making them as accessible as they are tonally sound. All Lakland 5-strings are 35" scale with fingerboards available in birdseye maple, rosewood or ebony - this one is birdseye. The 55-94 was Lakland`s first five-string bass. An MM pickup in the bridge position and a single J-style at the neck. The MM is equipped with a coil splitter. The 55-94 Deluxe:Nut Width: 1.81"Nut Type: BoneFret Size: .041/.085"Width at Final Fret: 3.3"1st Fret Neck Depth: .81"12th Fret Neck Depth: .92"Fingerboard Radius: 10-13" (Compound)Scale Length: 35"Frets: 22Bridge String Spacing: .75"Neck Wood: Quarter-Sawn Rock Maple with Graphite Reinforcement BarsBody wood: Swamp AshTop: Quilt MapleFingerboard: Birdseye Maple with Ebony DotsTuners: Hipshot UltralightTruss Rod Access Neck Heel: 5/32" HexPickguard: NoControls:Cut and Boost: Bass, Midrange, Treble, Panning-style Pickup Blend ControlMaster Volume (pull for preamp bypass), 3-way Bridge Pickup Coil Tap ToggleBridge: Lakland Dual AccessPreamp: Lakland LH3Pickups: Lakland MM-J Config
