Deering Goodtime Two 17 Fret Tenor Banjo w/ Resonator
The Classic Goodtime Two 17-Fret Tenor banjo is tuned in the Standard Tenor Tuning of C,G,D,A. It can also be tuned like an octave mandolin (G,D,A,E) so any mandolin player can easily pick it up and play it (change in string gauges needed). The Classic has a traditional look with the Deering peghead shape, a rich brown stain, and planetary banjo tuners, and side dots on the neck. This American maple tenor banjo is lighter in weight with a clear tone that is warm and resonant. Because this model has a resonator it is louder than the open back model. With a neck that has been precisely fretted for intonation accuracy and a comfortable neck profile, you will find yourself playing this banjo for hours.Neck:Blond Slender Rock Maple Neck17 Pressed In Nickel Silver FretsExotic Wood Bowtie InlaysSealed Geared Guitar TunersDurable Satin FinishDeering Fiddle Shaped PegheadPot:3-ply violin grade Goodtime Maple Rim11" Frosted Bottom High Crown HeadSteel Tension Hoop16 Bracket Shoes16 Flat Hooks with 9/32?
